For ten years now, the Gatineau Health Foundationhas been organizing the Marche en Rose Outaouais fundraising activity dedicated to the purchase of equipment making it possible to detect breast cancer more quickly and provide better care at the CISSS de l’Outaouais and to improve the quality of the healthcare services offered here in our region !
The last edition of the Marche en Rose raised close to $90,000 for the purchase of mammography units designed for tomosynthesis, a technique that will result in shorter waiting lists and more accurate diagnoses for breast cancer screening. As these devices have a total cost of over $250,000, we are continuing our efforts once again this year to reach this ambitious goal.
The goal of raising $100,000 this year will only be possible with the population’s support and participation, either by taking part in the event or by sponsoring a participant, a teamor the campaignwith donations. Together, we can make a difference for our region’s breast cancer patients.

Form a team and choose a formula, route and date that suits you best. If public health measures allow it, we will all be marching together for the 10th anniversary of the Marche en Rose.

The goal of raising $100,000 will only be possible with the population’s support and participation, either by taking part in the event or by sponsoring a participant, a teamor the campaign with donations. The Foundation is committeds to supporting all participants in their fundraising efforts by providing them with tools and advice. Together, we can make a difference for ou region’s cancer patients.

Plus de 35 entreprises de la région étaient représentées le 12 mars dernier dans le cadre de la 18e édition du Défi Ski Santé Outaouais, une activité de la Fondation Santé Gatineau au profit de la clinique de pneumologie du CISSS de l’Outaouais. Les entreprises se sont livrées à une compétition amicale en dévalant les pentes de ski Mont Cascades pendant 4 heures.
Grâce à la remarquable implication de Distribution matériaux Lavoie, partenaire présentateur de l’événement, l’édition 2020 fut un réel succès en dépassant l’objectif fixé de 30 000 $. En effet, les copropriétaires de l’entreprise ont recruté plusieurs équipes, sollicité des dons et des prix d’encan permettant d’annoncer l’importante somme de 85 000 $. Depuis le début de leur implication dans le développement du secteur de la pneumologie en 2013, ce montant annoncé permet aux copropriétaires d’affirmer que leur contribution a permis de franchir le cap des 1 500 000 $ amassés !
Cet événement de collecte de fonds a été organisé par La Fondation Santé Gatineau afin d’amasser des fonds pour un projet spécifique au sein du Centre intégré de santé et services sociaux de l’Outaouais.
La Loto Santé est une loterie, sous forme de tirage au sort et est une activité de collecte de fonds au profit de la Fondation Santé Gatineau.
Depuis plus de 20 ans, cette activité permet de financer des projets visant l’amélioration des soins de santé de notre région. Plus de 3 000 000 $ ont été réinvestis dans des équipements de pointe et des projets innovateurs, ici, chez nous, dans les établissements de santé de l’Outaouais.
Cette année, avec les bénéfices de la loterie, nous souhaitons investir plus de 150 000 $ dans différents projets d’acquisition d’appareils spécialisés et de logiciels à la fine pointe pour le CISSS de l’Outaouais.
Vous êtes une personne engagée et touchée par la grande cause de la santé et souhaitez mettre sur pied une activité de collecte de fonds ? Vous êtes au bon endroit!
Cette plateforme vous permet de créer et de gérer votre propre collecte de fonds au profit de la Fondation Santé Gatineau.
