A snowball effect for mental health

This winter, many of you took part in the Snowball Challenge to support mental health by raising funds while enjoying the benefits of outdoor physical activity.

Thanks to our community’s incredible engagement and the generosity of our partner, Caisses Desjardins de l’Outaouais — which doubled all contributions made in February — a total of $11,275 will be invested in mental health care and services in our region. We thank each and every one of you!
